Still looking back at things. I’ll be posting a little at a time over the next year until we shove off. I’m still a bit overwhelmed with how there is still SO MUCH that I would like to know about!
I don’t know the rules of sailing international waters at all (I’ll be Google searching that). The most basic things are to have a registered boat and don’t crash into things. Put up small courtesy flags in other countries waters and obey their Coast Guard instructions. Have money for port fees. Expect inspections. Don’t carry guns. Dovid has a pretty good idea of what is required on that end – and we live at a Port of Entry (and exit) so we can find out anything else.
So much to learn! It’s like it is all new again!
Thank you for reading this and we look forward to hearing from you!
